Mr. Jeff Kermath, the broker, has been a licensed real estate broker for over 20 years. As broker of AmeriSell Realty, we specialize in "flat fee" listings. We do this full time, are members of most M.L.S.'s throughout the state and know the rules well.

Mr. Kermath was a traditional Realtor for years but knew the commission structure was grossly unfair to the seller. He knew even great Realtors could do little more once they listed the sellers home in the local M.L.S. & Realtor.com
