Amerisell Realty is a licensed Michigan real estate company, not a referral company. The broker, Jeff Kermath has been a licensed real estate broker for over 20 years. Amerisell specializes in "Flat fee" listings. We also do more than any other company in Michigan!

Many companies on the web advertise "Flat fee" listings but are not even a real estate company! These companies are "Referral companies". This means they take your money, then "Refer" you to their local broker. You have no idea who your broker is, what their level of experience is, what service they'll provide or even how long they've been in the business!

Listing direct is always better. We know the rules, are members of most all M.L.S.'s in the state, have the experience and provide outstanding service!

If you don't mind paying a buyers agent their half, typically 3%, this program is for you. You still retain the right to find your own buyer without any additional fees.

Some surveys show approximately 90% of home sales occur from the local M.L.S. & Realtor.com! So, getting into those databases is the key. In addition, most listing agents don't sell their listings as there are thousands of agents in the MLS so half of the commission is wasted!
